I hear ya. That's where I am about right now. I'm completely beating myself up over it too. A week ago I started using meal replacement shakes and really watching my calories. This week I started doing the 30 Day Shred. Looking at before/after weight loss photos motivates me too.

For me personally, having worked at losing weight before, I know its very difficult to get and maintain that weight. And its very small for my body structure.

I'm 37 years old, 5'2" and I currently weigh 148. My goal is 130-135. Prior to having children I was 120-125, but I'm being realistic.
