I am working on not eating at night! I have always wanted to snack in the late evening before I go to bed. I actually eat crackers in bed! Big no no! SLIDERS! So I have started journaling again. Hope this helps. Also reading a lot on changing habits.

I use Tespo, liquid vitamins. The best thing I have ever discovered. Easy to use and tastes like Tang. www.gettespo.com is their website. I drink a little. They have a video that talks about the product and what they offer, also on U-Tube. I do not buy shakes from anyone on line.

I had RNY 5/4/16. It is ONLY a tool, nothing more. Many people have the surgery performed and don't realize the work that has to go into the process.
