I had 2 years of keto with wonderful results. For the last year I start more focusing on timing the carbs (in the evening) which help in fat loss. Any advice you are welcome

I am doings 5 heavy weight heavy lift per week. Since it is not a one set push up per day you can divide them into 4 or even more sets depending on your strength. You can also do more than 100 in your rest days.

I am in pals. Few month ago I reached 100 Push up one shot but with my heavy weight workouts there is no place for it.

In fact I dont give lot of attention on my Calorie intake I have only one meal which is the dinner and a shake of protein (40gr) at 14h plus to BCAA during and after workout. I am enjoying this IF and in general I am almost always in calorie deficit except weekends

thx all for your reply. I may consider myself intermediate in resistance training. I do the 5x5 and I am getting very good results. My goal is to continue gaining muscle but if it is possible to shed some fat. I know about calorie deficit which is very obvious but this carb backloading seems tempting and I am thinking to…

Hello Kellerjs. Please tell me how do you measure your body fat?

Today my first real deload on BP. I did 4 reps in the last set :-(. My numbers : Squat: 205 BP:190 Row: 145 OHP:105 DL:225 I stoped training many times for an ankle injury that is why I was always deloading, hope this time will be the end of my misery with injuries
-
Very nice all of you. I stoped the program for 2 month for a couple of injuries and returned back in September. My latest numbers: Squat: 160 BP : 160 Row: 110 OHP: 90 Deadlift: 180 Let s encourage each other

I dont hink it is related at all. I am just trying to show that the visual look can be by far different than reality
-
My DEXA showed me 27%. I was little shocked but this is the reality
-
I want you to look at my photo(in my profile) and estimate my fat %. I did a DEXA and it is the most accurate method to measure body fat...
-
I dont think it is the right thing to cut at this moment. You need to gain more muscle mass which helps increasing your basal metabolism and then you will cut and the fat % will dropm faster.
-
From your photos and taking my fat % analysis by DEXA, I can say you are around 30% body fat mass
-
It all depends of the fitness levell of the person. More fit then less HIIT

Thank you I appreciate your help

Yes my pain starts in my last set bench press. I put a new weight and my last repetition was so difficult and my spoter let me doing all the job and I remember that I lost my position for sure. But my question do you think will last for long?

I hope 2 weeks would be enough. I just get start to see great results and very disappointed to stop
-
Thank you

I consume tons of water per day so I dont think it is hydration issue. Yes I consume around 3 to 4 cups. I am almost certain it is related to breathing and bad positioning.
-
very good job. Tomorow I ll finish my 4th week. It is just start challenging and today I feel some soreness. I think I will reach the deload stage soon

Sugars are not the same. Any one study biochemistry can understand the difference between different kinds of sugar. In short human body metabolizes glucose through different enzymes(in the liver) however it is not the case with Fructose(found in table sugar and almost all kind of sweets). This fructose is trurned directly…
