If you want more of a shake I found Lauren Conrads skinny smoothie which is very yummy and can use for a meal and only 40 calories; 1/2C berry (i use strawberries), 1/2C yogurt (i use lite strawberry as well), 1/2 cup oats, 1T honey, 1C ice...
