  • Your body is just probly lacking in certain vitamins.....probly your b vitamins. Eat chicken or fruit/veggies or a complex grain instead. Don't give into overeating. Keep that up and you'll start feeling sick. Balance it up. Have 1/2 side of meat/ veggies with it and drink water. You could be thirsty.
  • Overeating pizza is just as bad as eating fast food.
  • I pick food from a certain macronutrient I feel that my body needs and make sure they contain certain vitamins/minerals that'll help me fuel up for a future workout/muscle recovery. I don't supplement so I have to be selective with my nutrish.
  • If you're snacking at night, make sure you've earned it through a free weight/body weight workout (hour long or so) that's a bit challenging. If you're just eating junk food out of boredom then you're basically just wasting your money....don't worry so much about your calories when you're eating good quality protein and…
  • Yeah, just drop your consumption of simple carbs and saturated fats. Mono and polyunsaturated fats are really beneficial to the body and brain. These are the fats that aren't solid at room temp. Cook with more almond oil/coconut oil and eat lean meat for dinner most days....like salmon, chicken, etc. Increase your intake…
  • Whole grains 46g or more per day and as much fruit as I wanted anytime post workout. Those played a huge part in helping my muscles grow and recover quickly when I was lifting heavily for quick lean muscle gain. Complex carbs and sugars won't make you fat as long as you're eating enough to refuel after a workout (: Even on…
  • If you're almost anemic, you should focus on replenishing those iron stores with green leafy veggies, lean meats, and about 46 grams or more of iron-rich whole grains per day. And yes, deffo maintain Vitamin C intake throughout the day to help with the absorption. Meats, fish, and poultry will have the best sources of iron…
  • Greek yogurt of your choice (I use vanilla with a bit of plain for more protein and less sugar. (: blended with banana, strawberries, cacao powder, almond butter, almond milk...even throw in some flax seed if you want. I just throw weird things together like that for a quick breakfast sometimes. Tastes a bit like chocolate…
  • I felt more fatigue from lifting heavily and getting too much sleep. I just try to be more focused and happy to help combat it. BUT a huuuuuge part in improving your energy level is to make sure you're getting adequate amounts of your b vitamins. I take the B Complex supplement from the brand, Simply Right. Look for…
  • Don't put too much pressure on an area where there's still deep pain present/ tenderness-give that time to heal with some light stretching from time to time. Foam rolling does aid in recovery when you use it to lightly warm up an injury and the areas surrounding it. However, if it's a pain stemming from muscle soreness,…
  • @usmcmp‌ Nahhh she doesn't look like a duck
  • @_Waffle_‌ Deffo a plain slice of white bread. She's just asking for that type of disrespect.
  • @jofjltncb6‌ lolwut? What ban do you speak of, my troll?? :D I've never been banned on anything. Just unactive on bb.com because I didn't like how it tracked the weight I was lifting. Too time consuming to log everything in so I left a verrrrry very long time ago.
  • Already got the answer I was looking for post one. Thanks for entertaining everyone on the site everyone-even though you're all actually quite annoying ;D @EvgeniZyntx‌ you're not clever or funny lol. Pathetic. Nooooo I kid, I kid. (:
  • @Sarauk2sf‌ I realise I'm ignorant and wanted to apologise for the rude and silly comment. I'm just trying to learn and wrap my head around nutrient tracking and deficit training. "Cutting" I guess. People are just being distracting and too simple with their answers for my liking. I just misunderstood as you were being…
  • @pikaknight I'm a sweetheart. No I've actually left bb.com as I decided not to be a competitor. Was also getting hit on and too much attention and praise.
  • @ndj1979‌ That's true with the little ones (: but they're actually quite strong and mentally tough. The coaches each have a role to play so I wouldn't be making fun of me lil troll @eric_sg61‌ who are you even inspiring or improving in the world?
  • @3dogsrunning‌ Maybe Sara shouldn't be so sassy and should show some more leadership and motivation rather than just telling me what I'd set out to do is wrongggg. She doesn't look or seem inspiring to me. What's she do? Powerlifting? Crossfit?? Hahaa
  • @ThickMcRunFast‌ lmao.
  • @yopeeps025 I did sound a bit mean just there ;b However, suppose it was to motivate and inspire others to improve? I'm allowed to be as feisty as I'd like. Words truly mean nothing. Only bad intentions...
  • Basically, muscle is muscle. You can change it's size and strength, but not so much it's shape or it's firmness. To get smaller, you'll have to lose fat, muscle, or both. To do that, you'll need to be in a calorie deficit.[/quote] @jacksonpt‌ Good explanation (: gracias @Sarauk2sf‌ My goals are only ridiculous to you only…
  • Not gross to look at (: relax yourself
  • @_dracarys_‌ I study Nutrition and am interested in sports nutrition too. I'm just new to trying to maintain my way of training on a deficit and in the end bulk down muscle instead of letting it get soft. I've never heard anyone ask this question either which is why I'm curious to see what others have to say.
  • @yopeeps025‌ I don't care haha I'm not trying to argue with anyone. So many of you are just out to prove others wrong it's so pathetic. Those professional athletes have also adapted their bodies to specific power and performance training over the years. So it's not really a matter of perfect fitness (They're even more…
  • @4legsRbetterthan2‌ loll that's gross
  • @clabq0914‌ You're so nice. One of the only few respectful people on this discussion actually (: Good luck with your goals too! x You've already helped me out more than you know. @yopeeps025‌ I haven't figured out how to post photos since I'm new to this app...I also don't wanna get judged for being trashy for showing…
  • It will actually as I don't have much fat to lose. You all are making it sound like I'm out to get weak and pathetic. I'm more focused on improving upon athleticism. My fitness and performance levels are already advanced. I'm working down to turn back into a more balanced athlete, not a bodybuilder. Bodybuilding is too…
