Best trainer evar!!
My trainer told me I could gain 20lbs in 2 months, and I was skeptical at first, but I'm happy to say that we pulled through! 10lbs of solid muscle and all of my 1 rep maxes are up 15-20 lbs. I don't like feeling winded, but it's worth all of the power, and bulk.
