Injured hip flexor (PG-13)

So I'm not sure if this is more motivating, or if I need support. I'm kinda proud, really, but at the same time I think I need some advice.
So I'll just get to the point.

About 3 weeks ago I did a really heavy leg day, probably 20-30 sets total working a lot within 80-90% of my 1rm, and I felt fine. But a couple of hours later I met up with my girlfriend, and we did our usual *ahem-hardcore bone-athon. Sorry to get so vulgar, but we go really hard. We both just like it best that way.

So within the next 24 hours we kept at it like 3x a day with our seshes ranging from 20 minutes-about an hour and a half (again, really sorry for how descriptive this is.)

But ever since that, I've had pain in my left hip flexor, and it gets worse whenever we (b/h)angout.

We do it a lot, and I don't want to stop, and I'm a LOT bigger than her, so she can't be on top, either.

But I've also had to skip legs for over a week, and I actually like doing legs.
