Welcome! I started THM at this time in 2016. Then I went off plan for 6 months. Time to get back on track!

I have found that logging on mfp help hold me accountable to the THM plan. I tend to exercise more when I see calories subtracted.

I use the website a lot! It is handy to pull up recipes on my tablet when I can't find the cookbook. Plus there are a ton of new recipes not in the book. I do not use the meal planner as much as I should but it looks like a helpful tool. I have printed out and used the meal plans already built by others. I bought a year…
