I had a hard time at first staying on track. The best way I found, was pre-planning my meals for the week. And at the beginning of the day, I log my meals and it gives me an idea of where I stand calorie - wise for the day. Seems to be working. The hardest part now is the weekends. Hi Ruth! I know how you feel, it's really difficult dealing with stress and the curveballs life throws at us while trying to take care of ourselves!
