  • Interested in brining. What is your go-to as far as measurements go?

  • You could also do it in the crock pot and shred it! Pretty versatile that way - buffalo chicken lettuce wraps, BBQ chicken, steamed broccoli with some Asian spices, etc. :) (I need to do that...I've been meaning to.)

  • Oooooh, might try that.
  • Erm...sorry. I figured it was relevant to anyone asking for medical advice on a forum. Similar to senecarr above.
  • Yeahhhh chocolate is a huge problem for me.
  • Haha awww. It's the only one of theirs I like. I am no coffee expert though. I tried!
  • QFT. Definitely the only way to come to a sound decision.
  • The soda (Coke for me) was really rough, but now I drink pretty much water exclusively. I do have a Coke once in a while, but I usually don't finish it because I don't really like them much anymore.
  • Have you tried the blonde roast? Not bad.
  • You could also use lettuce leaves instead of bread. or be egg-salad-obsessed like me and eat it straight from the Tupperware with a fork.
  • I don't mind the Dunkin Donuts French roast you can get at the grocery store. I like the Fresh market Kona blend too, even though it's not real Kona. And I am ashamed to admit it, but McDonald's coffee isn't bad either! I think I saw some actually at the grocery store so I don't even think you need to hit the drive-thru…
  • Just for today 6/8: 1. Run 3 mi - treadmill or street! 2. Don't eat any sweets AT ALL! :( :) Okay I said that and now all I can thinking about is chocolate. thisiswhyimfat
  • OMG my husband and I went to McDonald's for dinner since we were mega busy and on a shoestring budget :( We both regretted it. It was a rough weekend for me too!
  • You'd want to make sure you get the right kind. I use the giant green lettuce leaves. I feel like red lettuce is kinda too thin? Although it's my favorite lettuce :)

  • You're right in that we shouldn't be so hard on ourselves, but that is actually a pretty decent rule of thumb to get eating on track if you've been eating poorly at home. We can eat whatever we want to lose weight, but the truth is that lots of us have foods that put us in a downward spiral when we eat them, so little…
  • OH GOD, this stuff is the nectar of the gods! I get a giant tub at Costco for like $8. It's good with literally everything.

  • I don't know what your food goals are like, but I am always surprised at the high calorie content of bagels. Maybe a half bagel? I wouldn't want to be too full during a workout anyway. That seems like a decent snack though.
