🤔🤦🏾♀️thanks ..... I didn't see it that way. I mean I know I'm tired but the actual break down is cool. If i can just get into routine at least 45mins 3× a week I think I can get into a groove. Then the issue becomes my eating habits 😬. I dont mind fruit and vegetables I just find myself more in a hearty meal kinda mood.…

I just found out too and still learning to use it lol ...I'm looking to lose 50 pounds myself so far I have lost 6
