If you're not eating when you're hungry then you will never reach your goal. You HAVE to eat. Starving all day and eating a bunch of junk at night is going to get you nowhere.

Someone told me I was too skinny last night. I'm 5'0" at 104 lbs and average body fat percentage. Too skinny? I think not. Healthy? For sure.

I like them. They're not the best thing ever but they're convenient and pretty tasty so I give them a thumbs up. The chocolate chip cookie dough microwaved for a few seconds is delicious.

My advice is to just put some ear buds in, blast your favorite music and get into your own world and forget everyone around you. I'm 5'0"!! I only weigh 97 lbs but due to my short stature and being cursed with scoliosis (ugh) I tend to look heavier than I am. When I saw the "shorties unite!" I was like oh heck yea!

Oh, I should also add that by eating 1500-1600 cals/day and working out (weight lifting) 5-6 days/week I have maintained weight but lost 6% body fat without losing a single pound so don't get too set on weight.(:

You should try out the Muscle Pharm Combat Crunch bars. They look/taste just like a chocolate candy bar. I personally LOVE Quest bars but if you weren't a fan of them, try out the Combat Crunch and see how you like them. They're perfect for when you have a sweet tooth and want some chocolate!

I just finished up lunch. 4 oz grilled chicken breast (chili pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt&pepper for seasoning) with 0.5 cup of sauteed diced squash. Delish. Now I'm drinking a Crushing Cookies 'N Creme Pro Series Muscle Milk for "dessert."

I currently upped my cals from 1500 to 1600. It really depends on how much exercise you do. If you're sedentary (no exercise) then I'm sure 1200 is fine but if you do any type of exercise I would recommend upping your cals. I work out 6 days a week and have been maintaining (at 97 lbs) with 1600 daily intake + some of what…
