Stevia is my favorite sweetener. All of the others I taste terrible in my opinion. But, remember that stevia won't be a dead ringer for sugar, but it is tasty.

I've always had issues with feeling full after breakfast. Today though I was totally satisfied after having two eggs, tomatoes, and peppers and onions cooked with coconut oil. Amazing! I second the fat idea.

If you want to do it, do it. Personally I did it for 5 years and felt terrible, so I'm adding in fish, dairy and eggs. However, just because I didn't do well doesn't mean that it's impossible.
