Let's keep this going everyone!! My favorite breakfast is 2 slices of wheat toast with a half of an avocado spread on it with a little salt and pepper! I eat it almost everyday!

Thanks so much! I'm going try my best to keep all my meals logged and I did the same with the reminder!
