How far have you gotten into your journey? Have you set short term goals along with your overall goal?

I am still debating going back to weight watchers. I was within about 20 lbs of my goal weight (after losing nearly 100lbs) and have steadily gained about half the weight back. Now I am also seeking support and accountability to get in control of my health.

Sounds like you are off a great start. Don't let the judgemental crowd get to you. They lash out for different reasons, often exposing their own shortcomings. Just continue to build a support group and set goals (short and long term) to work towards.
