On the packet I get it says 218 g is 271 calories ( with skin that is, I roast mine and have the skin really crispy) The one I did weigh with the bone in was 218g so it is right but what would happen if i cut the meat off the bone and just cooked that, i know it would be less calories. So confusing xx

I weigh in on a Tuesday because I tend to be bad on a Friday and Saturday, it's the end of the week so i am done in so i end up going over by 100/200 kcals. I know I have Sunday, and Monday to get back on track. It works for me xxx

I have been eating 1433 calories and have been losing 2lb a week, I found out my BMR was 1799. There is posts in the community which explains why we should be eating towards that but i have chosen to still take a few calories off. I hope this helps.

i have a major problem with this to. I work in a school so i eat breakfast at 8:30 and have my lunch at 12:20. I get into the house about 4:30 with the kids and we don't eat dinner untill 6:00 because that's what time my partner is home. At this time they usually have toast or a bagel. we eat everything like home made pizza and lasana we just use the recipie tool, add all the ingredients and how many people will be eating it and then it gives you your serving in cals and you just add it to your diary xxxx hope this helps xxxx

i do and i love it i don't get time to do major workouts but i go on just dance 2 with my children most days. I love dancing to all the newest songs so it works great for me and it is definatly giving me a boost in my weight loss journey xxxx

hello i do just dance 2 and put it under dancing but i could imagine you burn more doing zumba. If you type in dancing there is Dancing, aerobic so maybe that would be better to use xxxx

hello i have been using the recipie database on here for my dinners. I have made homemade pizza and lasana. I put all my ingredients in and how many servings and it gives you the exact calories you will eat.
