Zumba is amazing and it will help you lose weight I do 105 minutes on a Monday and burn 800/850 calories. I love it and I am sure you will to I had around 90lb to lose and have lost 27lb doing Zumba and Body Combat as well as eating 1200/1500 calories. I hope this helps. Hi don't worry to much about the exercise challenges, you are still one of us. The challenges are set for people who can do them. My goal is to lose 1lb a week, I am trying to lose it slow to keep it off for longer. What exercises do you do ?, If you go swimming some people try and do it in the water if that's any help. :)…

Hello I did 1 circuit of everything in the order shown, It took me 20 mins including rests and I burned 90 calories.. I really enjoyed it, I might increase it to two circuits mid week and then three by the end. :) xxx

hello how are you? I also would like to know this, if it takes 20 minutes to do all exercises is that 20 minutes circuit and do we takes rests inbetween like they do in a class xx

I am right here with you, I have been walking loads to and doing exercise, I sprained my ankle a couple of years ago never got it checked and I have have ended up with swollen ligaments. I went to A&E and the said this has happened because my ankle is weak, they took an x-ray and found an old hairline fracture so I should…
