See I don't know. Is like to believe the cico method but so hard have little success but when I tried south beach where I ate very little carbs I lost 9lbs easily and didn't feel hungry like I do when watching calories.

If you are looking for the convenience of frozen in the fresh they have a section in produce section where veggies are already washed and cut up if that helps.

You can melt a tablespoon of nutella then stir in tub of lite cool whip and dip apples in it. I do with peanut butter but never had nutella.

I appreciate all your support and comments. I understand it shouldn't be a number. I was just seeing if I was weak/average/strong for a woman my age. I'm just looking to tone up not build muscle mass. I like my hourglass figure just want it tighter. lol

eat something healthy before you go so you are not starving and eat too much. Then fill up plate with little bite of everything in case she asks if you liked something and if she asks if you want more says no I'm still working on this one.
