Ahh. The curse of Eve... That *kitten*... :) Even if you take a day...or 4...off, just make better eating choices if you don't hit it full throttle. And drink LOTS of water... It'll make you feel a bit bloated, but it will help with the hunger and keep you hydrated.

Weight is just a number. If you're unsatisfied with your look, try lifting some weights. Nothing crazy, but do 3 reps of 12-15, which will tone. Oddly enough, reps of 8-10 bulk you up.
