Yeah so basically as long as its balanced I can have a sugary treat every day if I wanted. Like a chocolate bar every day?!?!

This is true! And you can't knock something until you've tried it! Watch now it will be the best thing iv ever eaten and I can't stop eating it! Haha! Why does food have to be so good!!! :p

Iv never mixed food before really I eat things separately on my plate (think I'm weird like that) but i any just have to push the boat out on new experiences and try your concoction! ;)

If only that was true but I believe science has well and truly done us over when it made 100kcal of fruit better for us than 100kcal of chocolate which makes no logical sense in my world so science stinks when it comes to our metabolisms. Haha!

Yeh I guess low calorie stuff doesn't always taste great. Bacon and ice-cream I'd never put those together! May have to try it.. But would you have it with ketchup or raspberry sauce!?! :p

Yeah see I'm wondering is it ok to have carby products like bagels and sugary treats like a couple of biscuits or a chocolate bar EVERY day as long as I'm below my calorie intake? And are there any foods which can satisfy a sugar craving but not be so bad for you!

Just had a snoop... Yeah I wouldn't go for the egg whites personally but I'm liking the caramel cookie crunch whatever that is... However Im guessing that's not healthy :( I think the issue here is that sugar is not easy to make healthy when your addicted. And the same goes for those carbs!

Haha! I swear I am addicted to sugar though! And at the moment I have to have at least 2 nescafe gingerbread lattes everyday! I'll take a look at your diary and see if it inspires me.... :)
