Last night I watched a documentary on Netflix called "Bite Size". This movie is focused on childhood obesity. Highly recommended. Fed Up was good, even if it did try to hit me over the head with the "Juice Revolution" right at the last second.

I like to weigh in twice a day. Once in the morning for a "true" weight, and once at night as a preview of tomorrow morning's weigh in. I'm a numbers nerd though, so take that for what it's worth. NSV - Forgot to bring my lunch with me to work, stopped at a gas station and picked up two apples instead of junk food. I've made too much progress to screw it up at 7-11.
