I don’t know if it’s a chemical imbalance or what. I just want to eat all of the time. I went up 2lbs in the past month, which I know isn’t much but I gotta get it under control before it really escalates.

3/22/17-- Strength Training for 40 mins & 30 minutes on the elliptical. However, we got take out last night which ruined my good efforts. I did log it.. tomorrow is a new day.

Hello everyone, This is my first post on here. I've lost 56 pounds and currently plateaued. I'm looking for some fresh ideas, new friends for encouragement and trying to keep at this. My goal is to lose 30lbs before summer hits. Hope everyone is having a good week.
