I was having trouble with restless sleep when I was eating 1300 cal. I bumped up to 1500 and feel much better. I'm also losing more weight

I wear pads, too. But I find that anything sitting makes it worse! Spinning class makes me feel like I've been kick really hard down there. Running works well. I really love yoga, it really eases cramps.

Curry chicken made with greek yogurt is one of my favorites. You can google it for the basic recipe. Don't be afraid to add whatever veggies you've got on hand :)
