  • Yep. Even though I'm not active at work, somehow I'm still drained and exhausted. Apart from the 15 mins or so spent walking to the bus stop, I'm hardly doing any exercise in the evening. But I'm planning on restarting swimming and Zumba soon, so will see how I get on.

  • Definitely in the animal lover category. The treatment of animals bred for food was definitely a primary motivation for giving up meat. But I've learned more about the health benefits of a meat free diet recently, which reaffirm my confidence in the veggie lifestyle.
