1/2 cup cottage + 1 scoop vanilla casein + 1/4 cup water, mix and freeze for an hour, top with ft free cool whip. It's amazing!!!

Cooked chicken and cooked lean pork retain 80% of their weight. If you weigh cooked meat, multiply by 1.2 to find the raw weight. I cook chicken or pork in bulk, then weigh what I need during meal prep.
