Hi! I've had knee surgery too and when I'm sore, I enjoy doing the stationary bicycle at the gym or the elliptical. If I'm really sore I will just stretch and walk on the treadmill for 30-min or so on a high elevation just to get something in, better than the couch. Yeah it's really hard sometimes. This past weekend I went over my calorie count 2 days in a row, so I'm trying to keep up consistency. We can do it!

The only thing I can think of (if you're not already doing this), is to look at how much bread you're eating. The inches fell off me the moment I cut out a lot of bread.
