  • Hi! I've had knee surgery too and when I'm sore, I enjoy doing the stationary bicycle at the gym or the elliptical. If I'm really sore I will just stretch and walk on the treadmill for 30-min or so on a high elevation just to get something in, better than the couch.   • Yeah it's really hard sometimes. This past weekend I went over my calorie count 2 days in a row, so I'm trying to keep up consistency. We can do it!
