Remember your measurements!! They can tell you so much more then a scale too!

Have you been doing your measurements too?? Don't just go by the scale! I was stuck at the same weight for months-- I finally broke my plateau when I changed up my exercises. Starting to weight lift on Tuesday and Thursdays for 12 weeks-- see how that goes!

I don't think it matter too much. I tend to eat yogurt or a glass of milk soon as I get home from the gym. Don't eat those protein bars-- (unless you make your own)---they tend to be full of junk. I start doing my first weight lifting 101 class Tuesday-- so I will ask my trainer how he feels about it. It only a 12 week x 2…

Go find some really good recipes in your books or online. Try at least one new meal each week. Everyone has to give it a try. I trained my son that way. Get your kids involved too--just don't talk about fats or call it diet food. Food is a tool to keep yourself healthy.

It reminds of all those 1950-60's exercise equipment!! http://www.lifeaura.com/vintage-fitness-equipment-weird-workout-machines-from-the-past/ They even had the stomach roller then.# 2

I thought biking and swimming is something really good for people with MS-- it is pretty low impact.

My trainer said--- drink water anytime you want too!! Before, with or after!!

I make things rather easy!! I make only one meal- if no one likes it ....oh well!! They can always cook themselves!!
