I like my boot camp class.... it does both. I also bike to the gym (20-25 minutes both directions) then do my weight lifting (1/2 hour) and bike home.

These spice ideas for veggies might help with people that don't like their veggies. Add spices!! http://www.wikihow.com/Match-Herbs-and-Spices-to-Vegetables

You do the required rest periods when you exercise. It can be 1-3 minutes...between a circuit. You body needs to recover a bit. I'm really bad for this--always want to get to the next round.
-
Soon you will be running up it!! :)
-
It will take time to build up......not going to happen over night. Just keep track of it....and push yourself to do that extra minute each time you get on the machines. Here is a site with lots of body weight exercises and more. http://darebee.com/workouts.html

I just don't know the reason why not-- it helps to build muscles.
-
Lots of ice..... and stretching exercises. You might try exercising with a resistance band.

I'm here to change your mind about strength training. I didn't think I would like it until I started doing it. I get this tingle feeling like my muscles are working-- goes into the next day. It is like I'm still burning calories.
-
I would count it!! I think it is a better exercise then on a treadmill!! Should keep track of your time too to see if you can improve on it!

You want to do about 3 hours per week of hard non stop exercising. Here is a place to get you started. http://darebee.com/workouts.html http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/circuit-training-exercises.html Remember to take a rest day every week. You don't need to join a gym-- maybe down the road it could be an option for…

Most people cook their vegetable way too long. You have to let the water boil and throw them in. You want to get them out before they change their colour and still have that crunch.
-
Could try these ideas.... http://www.thegraciouspantry.com/category/recipes/breakfast/

Here is something you can try. You cut up broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots(have to boil to take some of the crunch out). You pour some of the dressing on the veggies and let it sit over night. I think you can add almost any veggie to it that you like. The veggies get soft without the boiled thing.…

Nothing wrong with the shorter bars. They are the ones I use right now. My trainer says it is better to learn with because you can balance it. Just do more of the 50 pounds first----don't rush it! Look for lots of weight lifting videos too....they can help too. Just remind your self of how to do a squat and look for the…

1. hit my goal weight 2. dead lift 100 lbs 3. to win a million dollars
-
We still do pretty basic stuff .....but you have to do that too. No point doing squats lifts if you can't do a basic squat the right way. Do you have a HACK machine at your gym. I really love that machine...it allows you to do weighted controlled deep squats.

I'm surprised they don't have a weightlifting 101 class. I have been doing one for about 3 weeks now
-
That is so strange. I go to my local YMCA and we can do anything. If I don't know how to do something I ask--or ask them if if I'm doing the proper form. I like doing everything except running. I love boot camp, core classes, body weight workouts, biking and weightlifting. If they won't teach you something it really isn't…

I have to do it all at once or it will never get done! I might do a bike ride outside for a hour if I have the time. I think you should workout for a good hard hour at least 3 times a week. The rest of the week do something lighter.
-
I love to bike 15-20 minutes to my YMCA--do a hour of gravity boot camp/or just regular boot camp--and push myself all the way home for another 15-20 minutes. I also do 4 minutes intervals of Slam ball when I get home. I do this 2 (or 3) times per week.

Add some of these everyday too!! http://darebee.com/workouts.html

Maybe you should talk to your doctor...... It could be something health wise causing your eating issues.
-
You should be eating around 1600 calories per day. When you eat less you put your body into starvation mode which you body wants to store fats. You need to feed your body everyday!

They put extra fructose and sugar in juices
-
I would take the orange juice out and replace it with a whole apple. Processed juices can have lots of sugar(they do add extra fructose) in them. Unless you make your own. Remember to change what foods you eat each day or you will get bored quickly. You want meals to be 350-400 calories each. Remember Carbs are energy for…
