Remember to clean out your cupboards of ALL junk foods! Read all labels and decide if it should stay or go! My general rule is if I can't say the ingredients or know what it is-- it goes!!!!! You need to eat a bit more! It will make your metabolism slower--your body will store more fat because its not getting the energy it needs each day. Drink lots of water too!!!

I'm not sure if you have access to a gym -- you could use a smith or hack machine. I don't do regular squats too much now.

That one is easy to stop!! Don't buy anymore! I didn't eat any chocolate for 2 months-- decided then to treat myself-- all I could taste was salt! Now I don't eat anymore!

just be careful eating too much spinach if you recovering---it can slow it down You should try weighting--it is lots of fun!!

You need to get away from them once a week..or.. have a friend come to help watch the kids have a nice hot bath! Should have your blood checked too if your feeling tried!! They will answer lotsof things too!!

Lavender smells helps too -- have a hot bath Epsom/lavender smell. (unless your not allergic to perfume--use pain), candles low or lights!! It will make your muscles relax.

Im not sure if you will loose 20-25 lbs by August. Here is a site that has lots of exercises...ever an ab section! My trainer uses these with us sometimes!! You will never be bored! Good luck!

Start a new hobby that keeps your hands busy, puzzle books and drink water first. Get rid of the unhealthy foods and only keep healthy foods in the house!

I use a big square jug of water in the fridge. I love drinking really cold water-- add ice might help too!

I love Under Armour clothing! It is worth the price.(long as you don't have a huge weight loss) My husband has had shirts for about 10 years and look almost brand new...they don't fade, fall apart or stretch!

Try to hide the veggies in foods. Tomato sauces,soups, stews and meat loaves are a really good one.

I usually weigh myself once a month now. I tend to do my measurements every week. I see more changes then with a scale.

Asher_Ethan! I totally agree with you!! My trainer told me to eat real food-- there are toooo much yucky stuff in the shake mixes. I always feel full eating my meal calories. It also teaches you about calories in everyday food!

Get a tape measure and track your measurements! Only weigh yourself once every week or 2. Take a photo every week too!

Eat too few calories will put your body in starvation mode and put fats into your body again - slows down your metabolism.

Why don't you try eating scrambled eggs and different veggies in the mornings instead of a shake. I find I'm way too hungry soon after I drink a shake.
