I already do the big dinner thing, maybe it's not so bad. I read the Rolling Stone article on a general whose daily routine is one big meal, 8 mile run on the treadmill. I always knew 6-7 meals throughout the day was bro-science anyway. Thanks for the feedback.

not sure what that is or why it made you gain weight but you've come to the right place. Any sensible diet will work if you're counting calories. Build a support group on this site. =o]

The only way this will make you give up is if you criticize yourself. Try to plan ahead and eat right so you don't have cravings to binge.
