Primary teacher here too and always looking for something fast and cheap- which lots of times has been junk. I have a small fridge in my room so I'm gonna try to keep fresh fruits and veggies portioned in there and maybe have a motivation wall for me and my kiddos to encourage them to eat fruits and veggies each day…

Hi Ashlee! I've started and stopped so many times that I've come to realize it's definitely doable but you have to be all in. It will be all you think about for a while and then it will be routine.
