Since my wedding last November I've lost over 80 pounds. Still have about 20 to go, but I'm so close to my goal!

I started out just calculating my calories and my portions. After I lost a bit of weight I was able to start working out. I started slow at 3 days of cardio a week. Now I work out 6 days and do intense cardio and weight training. Hope that helps you!

Thanks, my skin is still terrible occasionally, mostly when I'm stressed. The face picture of my before weight was the day of my wedding, so I was totally stressed leading up to that hah

Keep up the good work. It's hard at first but totally worth it in the end. I've lost almost 65 pounds so far. And I still eat sweet snacks. One a night. @Kerry211168, the best things I've learned during my weight loss journey is not to deprive yourself of anything. Eat everything you like, but in moderation.
