1200 calories is appropriate for a woman in a coma. That'd where that number comes from. 1800-2000 calories is actually what your body needs, otherwise you risk not getting all the essential nutrients needed.

This is an urban myth. Sex wouldn't burn any more calories than something like light house cleaning.

1200kcals a day is very low. That's most likely what your BMR is (ie kcals you'd burn if you were in a coma). 2000's is actually a healthy amount. Those cravings are probably your body's way of telling it needs nourishment!

Do NOT do this. The reason binging is more common in the evening is because of lack of eating in the day, and then your body sends binge drives because it's so hungry. Eat MORE during the day!

There are medications to help with binging, ex. Prozac, Dexedrine. Because your doctor has diagnosed you with an eating disorder, there should be no problem getting a prescription.

Bananas are usually 100-130kcals, and are obviously solely carbohydrates. But the downside is they don't contain a lot of fiber. So you end up eating all that glucose, but there's nothing to keep you feeling full.
