  • I usually weigh myself in the morning after using the bathroom (sorry to reference that, but..) I haven't weighed all my food on a digital scale. I do own one and will weigh from time to time. Good suggestion though. I should weigh my food again, but I don't think this is the reason for a gain in weight.
