Yes! Clothing is one of my biggest inspirations! I have an inspiration board on Pinterest of outfits to keep me motivated. For me, it would be pencil skirts, cute belts, boots that I don't have to be in wide calfs, fitted dresses,...I could go on and on...:) Great post!

Look at some Flat Belly Diet recipes. They are tasty and should be low carb and low cal.

Thank you, I will try these! I have been so focused on increasing my protein, I didn't even think of adding in some healthy fat. Such a better way to spend calories too than powder mixed in water.

My biggest break through came when I realized I was allowing food to make me feel guilt and then that guilt would make me feel depressed and I would give up and stop trying to control my calories. Eventually I would get motivated to try again until I had that piece of cake and the cycle began again. I still have setbacks…

Try adding journal notes to your food diary of how you are feeling and then compare your eating with how you are feeling.
