Do people really care how someone is using the treadmill at a gym. I'm just impressed with people who go to the gym regardless of how they choose to do an activity

Do you have a food scale? Do you measure and weigh everything you intake? Are you using a FitBit type device to measure calories burned or going purely by what the machine says? Need more info

I have some MEC base layers for skiing that I will wear running. I also use a UA ColdGear ninja mask thing that i bought a few years back. I have a light down jacket that is plenty warm once I start sweating a bit. This has served me well from -30s to +5 Celsius.
