Good post! I find that I start craving junk food less when I count calories. Before, a 6-pack of crisps would last a few days, and now, I still have 5 packets left and I've had the bag for weeks! It's exactly what you said, when you have 100 calories, why waste them on something so non-filling?

Hi, 5"2 here, at my heaviest I was 140lbs, I'm now around 126-130lbs... Most of the weight I lost unfortunately came off my chest (but also my tummy yay). I carry a very large amount of weight in my bum and thighs... My thighs have extra fat and are also unusually hench!

In for the ideas! I never tend to put much effort into my breakfasts - I can never get out of bed! But one of my faves is greek yogurt, granola (the super nutty kind), drizzled in honey, yummm :blush:

I am ADDICTED to sweet potato at the moment! My go to sweet potato meal is: - Sweet potato - peeled, cubed and boil for 10-12 mins. - Meanwhile, slice up an onion, spring onion, any other veggies you want, and heat in a pan along with 4 bacon medallions. - Add garlic italian seasoning, eat eat eat!
