For me I have a major association with food and comfort. When I've had a long, hard day, it makes me feel relaxed to sit down and have a chill out, of course accompanied by food... It's a bad association...

If you want one that's specifically more filling, try this: 1 banana 100g (roughly) greek yogurt Peanut butter!! (about 1tsp-1tbsp) 1/2 or 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional) Might also need some water because it can be pretty thick! Full of protein, really filling! :yum:

Invest in some frozen fruit! Can be anything you like: mixed berries, raspberries, pineapple etc etc etc. One of my go-to's is: Greek yogurt, frozen berries, banana. Oh! And another amazzinggg one: Greek yogurt, banana, peanut butter :yum:

Ohh! I LOVE greek yogurt, I have it most days mixed with granola and a bit of honey, perhaps I'll add it into that! :yum:
