Stronglifts 5x5 is for strength, therefore muscle, therefore food. I also used to SL 5x5, but back in the day I was bulking, which, IMO, is better while working on strength. If I were you, I would rest and stretch. Many people underestimate stretching, but in fact, it really helps muscle recovery.
