Wow reading you guys posts makes me feel like Im not eating enough at breakfast time. I usually just do a pack of instant oatmeal OR instant grits. Sometimes a carnation breakfast drink, or my favorite......a Chobani Greek yogurt. Its always only 1 thing and of course my water.

EATING ON CAMPUS EVERY DAY BECAME A BIT EXPENSIVE FOR ME AND I TOO BECAME BORED/TIRED OF THE SAME CHOICES EVERYDAY. BUT I TELL YOU WHAT I DID. I STARTED PACKING MY LUNCH AND IT NOT ONLY SAVED ME MONEY BUT IT MADE ME MAKE BETTER HEALTHIER CHOICES WHEN I PLANNED AHEAD. JUST A SUGGESTION.

IF YOU ARE USING A DIGITAL SCALE TRY AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE ON A FLAT FIRM SURFACE AT ALL TIMES. PREFERABLY SOMEWHERE WITH LIKE HARD TILE AS OPPOSED TO ON VINYL/CARPET. AND WHAT TIME OF DAY ARE YOU WEIGHING YOURSELF? I WEIGH MYSELF AS SOON AS I GET OUT OF BED AND USE THE RESTROOM.
