I start with lettuce and spinach, add whatever veggies are in the fridge, maybe some tuna or ground turkey if i have it, then use salsa and/or mustard for dressing! My coworkers think its odd but mustard is an amazing dressing. Zippy and no cals! Salsa is perfect also

If youre looking for a quick fix you wont find it here. BUT you will find help and support for a healthy weightloss lifestyle that you can maintain easily and happily for life. It wont be 10lbs instantly or anything crazy, but thats never the healthy way :)

Trial and error! I tried things one meal at a time and narrowed down some fruits and veggies that my body can't handle raw. I get 8 month preggo looking and it hurts. Its different for everyone so find out what works for you! Some people cant handle raw so try them raw and cooked

Hahaha hey now, be nice! Some people have food issues and they're afraid to eat then tell themselves they "cant" hit their goal. I have a lot of allergies so I'm limited and i try to stay away from processed foods so somedays I dont hit my 1200 goal if I'm eating totally clean and eating whatever is available at the time…

I allow those "fun foods" into my daily diary as long as I stay under calories. Even when I stay under, I feel guilty about eating something not clean- anyone else? I have HUGE regret afterwards and feel like I am wasting my day

I have had people ask me if I have lost weight and when I say Yes, they say "oh....why? .... on purpose?.... You're like, 4 pounds now..." etc. :( Why bother trying if my friends were nicer to me before?

I tried to stop because of stomach issues but my headaches and body aches were so bad from withdrawal! I went back to coffee but drink it black and im perfect now. It was the dairy and sugar that made me sick. Black coffee is fine for me, and in the evenings i switch to decaf

I am a massive fan of rice cakes. When i'm a bit hungry, or bored and think I may be hungry, I grab a rice cake. If i'm REALLY hungry I put peanut butter on it, or make an open faced sandwich out of it.
