I'm suffering from a food hangover now, too! Too much snacking of carbs and salt and I feel like a sluggish pain. Today I'm only eating clean foods, water and coffee (or else I would hurt someone - haha!). We just need to move forward :)

No scale!!! I was the same a few years ago, I got so oobsessed over this app and the scale that it became an issue. This time I have only weighed myself twice and only then it was because my bootcamp instructor wanted to see my starting point and progress. No scale and I am so much happier this time!

I religiously drink coffee all day! I drink it black and also find it curbs my Hunger until I find real food. Sometimes i want food out of boredom and when I realize that, I get a coffee instead.

Hahaha im the same! So I no longer have "free for all" options. I dont keep bags of candy or chips around, instead I buy pre - portioned treats that are healthier and/or organic. I have a fee few restrictions so knowing I cant eat a lot of junk really helps, too. I have no self control so I don't even start!

I was the same! French vanilla creamer obsessed. But since starting MFP I switched to black. Sucks at first but I invested in really good quality coffee and it makes it better. A local health store has a "natural" sugar free calorie free flavor drop thing for coffee. I may go get some tomorrow

I'm gluten free and dairy free! I eat a lot of fruits, veggies, meats and nuts. Feel free to add me for diary ideas and/or any questions you have! I don't always eat a lot in a day because I'm never hungry but I've been GF for years so I know what I'm talking about haha

I'm casein and gluten free and i just gave up cheese all together :( its pretty easy!

I put 3 or 4 frozen chicken breast in and cover with buffalo hot sauce (very few calories) and sometimes also a buffalo spice I have. After 6 hrs on low it shreds and is so versatile. Can eat alone, in rice, on spaghetti squash or pasta, in tacos or wraps, etc. Its high in protein and so versatile! Lasts a few days

I put tuna on mine. Like a tuna sandwhich but rice cakes instead. Or just peanut butter (a few chocolate chips when I want a treat).

I'm celiac and am always bloated- well I was until I realized I am allergic/sensitive to casein protein (milk protein). I cut it out and the pain and bloating went away

I drank coffee and creamer ALL day and decided last week to cut it out. 4 days of killer headaches and I felt so tired, but now I allow myself 1-2 cups of black coffee a day and its tasting better each time. I couldn't say goodbye, and my trainer said it was fine
