  • I see nothing wrong with coq au vin in April. Unless it’s blazingly hot, I don’t think people fuss about whether something fits a particular season. People care if the food tastes good and the company is pleasant. And I would opt for home too. More chance to mingle and relax
  • Tall nonfat latte (100 cal) and a vanilla bean scone (so yummy) at 120 cal. So 220 cal total for a super satisfying treat
  • I love the Looney Spoons collection cookbook. It's family friendly food that I find everyone loves. Lots of recipes that are comfort food (like breaded or BBQ chicken) but in a slimmer version. I've never yet had kids reject a meal
