A co-worker gave me a "fitness bar" (aka 100-calorie sugar treat) ... which I graciously accepted and told him, "Thank you. I'll save it for dessert after lunch." I gave it to someone else later that day. A few days ago, I would have ripped it open and eaten it right then. Very proud of myself for "re-gifting" it!
