I agree with the above. Make sure you're hydrated and watch your breathing the entire run.

Week 7 here and yes it will get easier. A couple of friends and I are doing it and we have all modified it to suit ourselves. One has repeated weeks another has skipped. I only run once a week (Sundays) and elliptical and/or cycle in between. Just remember that the program is a guideline so tweak it to fit your own likes…
