Hmm, I always lose more on the weekends. The weekdays are when my weight fluctuates up.

Jambalaya and a leftover piece of pizza.

My favourite sandwich when I was a kid was peanut butter, pickle, and yellow mustard. Sometimes I'd add cheddar slices.
-
Worse I what way?

Yesterday I had a spam, cheddar, and egg sandwich. It was delicious. Most of the time when I have a sandwich or toast I add mashed beans (pinto or black beans), avocado, slices of tomato, and a little bit of salt.

Hard boiled eggs.

3 pounds average.

It's available in Canada as well. My sister and her husband bought some yesterday. No idea if you can get it anywhere else yet.

I cramp during ovulation. I was told its normal, nothing to worry about.
-
I never gain any weight. I also don't get cravings. If anything I'm less hungry, especially when I have cramps. I always thought that was normal until I started reading posts like this one.

This was amazing, lol! I ate Paleo for two years, and this is exactly what it was like!

My psoriasis was absolutely terrible when I was on a low carb, high fat diet. For the last year and a half I've been on a low fat diet and my skin is clear. Whenever I add a lot of fat to my diet it flares up again.

I have sleep problems if I eat too little, too much (like, completely stuff myself), work out too close to bed time, take magnesium supplements before bed, have caffeine after 11am, or eat low carb. You'll have to play around with your diet to try to figure out what's causing it, or talk to your doctor.

My husband brought home an angry whopper for me from Burger King today. I didn't know he was going to do that, but I just rearranged my dinner and fit it into my day. It was also really good. I don't think I'd ever want to give up fast food. I don't eat it every day, but once or twice a week is good for me.

It's my birthday as well! I'm just eating today as I usually do, but I celebrated on Saturday and used it as a free day. One day of having a nice meal and not worrying about calories is a good thing, I think.

These are my two favourite lentil recipes: http://www.sproutedkitchen.com/home/2010/10/15/sauteed-beluga-lentils-butternut-squash.html http://citnutritionally.com/mung-bean-lentil-salad/ These are also really good, if you like Indian spiced food: http://simpleveganblog.com/vegan-lentil-curry/…

I love black bean brownies. These are my favourite recipes. They're the same, one just has peppermint in them. I've made them with all kinds of beans, not just black beans, and they're always good. I've also used egg whites instead of the flax egg. http://minimalistbaker.com/vegan-gluten-free-black-bean-brownies/…

Reheated chicken and turkey is disgusting. It doesn't even matter how it's reheated. Oven, stovetop, or microwave. Jut the smell is enough to put me off. I can eat leftover poultry cold, though. It only seems to be a problem when it's heated. I had some leftover chicken the other night and made soup with it, but couldn't…

Yep. This exactly. But also, when I was a kid my parents restricted food that they thought wasn't healthy, so when I was around food like cookies and candy and all the things that I wasn't allowed to have I would eat as much as I possibly could. I remember sleeping over at a friend's house when I was around 8, and I kept…

My favourite sandwich growing up was peanut butter, mustard, and dill pickle. Sometimes I'd add slices of cheddar.

They work way better if you use green bananas. Ripe bananas don't work very well.
-
This is what I use: 3 tbsp fresh horseradish, peeled and minced 2 tsp Tabasco sauce 1 cup ketchup juice of 1/2 lemon salt to taste You can also replace the Tabasco with sriracha, and the lemon with lime juice. Both are good.

Cilantro Parsley Pork Peas Green Beans Tofu, or any soy Eggplant Sweet corn Brie Fatty meat Caramel Really ripe bananas. The smell reminds me of the compost pile my dad has in his backyard.
