The Hawaiian blizzard was my favourite! Second favourite was the tropical blizzard and they got rid of both of them. I wish they’d bring back the Hawaiian one.

Brownie batter core, peanut butter fudge core, and chocolate therapy are some of my new favourites, but my usual pints are the tonight dough and if I had 1,000,000 flavours (which I think is a Canada only flavour? Maybe?). I have to plan my calories to eat the entire pint. I can’t eat only 1 serving, I just keep going back…

I’ve eaten peanut butter and pickle (has to be dill pickles without garlic) sandwiches since I was a kid. I add mustard as well, though.

Does McDonalds in the US make their own iced tea? In Canada they just sell Nestea, which is disgusting.

I thought I was the only one! There’s something about the way squash tastes that makes me want to spit it out as soon as it’s in my mouth. My body says “Nope, get it out!”, unless it’s in pumpkin pie form.

I’ve done this before and I think Greek yogurt and tuna taste weird together so I’ve never done it again. All you can do is try to see if you like it.

Wow, this is pretty much how I eat all of my food! Sometimes instead of biting the odd ones in half I’ll just give them to my husband. He also knows never to give me uneven amounts of anything, or anything that the colours don’t match up.

I do jigsaw puzzles. Cleaning the house and going for walks/hikes also work for me.

I get up at 3:30am, work out, and have my first meal around 11am. Second meal at 2pm or 3pm. I started eating this way a couple of months ago, not because I wanted to, but because it was the easiest way to fit meals into my current schedule. My entire family eats jam and cheese sandwiches, or jam and cheese on toast. Sometimes I’ll just slice a piece of cheese and spread some jam on it.

I’m really sad that people aren’t liking the new Diet Coke flavours. I love them and I don’t want them discontinued, lol! The blood orange one tastes exactly like some drink I had as a child and I can’t figure out what it was.

I like my pasta overcooked, my porridge lumpy, and I eat leftovers cold. A lot of foods I actually prefer cold, like chili, spaghetti sauce, lasagna, chicken noodle soup. I lie. If someone asks me if I lost weight I say “I don’t think so.” And if someone asks how much I’ve lost I say “I have no idea.” I hate talking about my weight loss and those answers pretty much shut people up.

Whenever I eat dark chocolate it just makes me wish I had eaten milk chocolate, so when I crave chocolate, milk chocolate what I eat. Chocolate of any kind doesn’t help or hinder weight loss. Just eat what you prefer and keep your calories in check.

I knew someone who worked at a meat packing plant where they also packed for McDonalds. The beef they packed for McDonalds was exactly the same beef they packed for grocery stores, the only difference was the McDonalds patties were pressed very thin so they cook quickly.

McDonalds doesn’t add anything to their burger patties except salt (and pepper?), so they’re not mixing it with anything. It’s just beef.

Frozen. McDonalds burger patties are just frozen beef. I’m not sure I’d notice a difference since I use frozen beef to make burgers at home.
