Same goals in mind- I'm 5'4 145 lbs - have lost 10 lbs in 8 weeks (was 156) but need a little more help! Plateaus bite :-) would love to get to 135! Count me in - I'm totally new to mfp as of today. Have never tracked anything let alone what I'm eating- sounds daunting but am willing to try something new.

Ahhh thank you - see I didn't even know that - very NEW at this :-). Have lost 10 lbs on my own but hAve hit a big plateau...Ugh!!! Thanks again! Any recommendations on a scale?
