you can eat more and do high intensity workouts that aren't as long as regular workouts and you'll build muscles faster and won't increase weight.You can also add in fruits or popcorn that are healthy snacks. :)

I came to 11 pounds to my goal weight last year then i gained 11 pounds this winter.Now I'm 132 and i plan to come to 110 until summer.
