Hi ive done my tdee which is 1667 which means my caloric deficit is 1200 do I put 1667 into mfp and have 1200 calories everyday is that what you mean

Could you explain ive put goal weight in as 9st current weight 11st activity level sedentry and it says net calories consumed 1640 i do my fast days yesterday and another on Thursday which is 500 calories for each day is that right????

Made it public it was my fast day yesterday and finished on 534 hope im doing this right ???
